Introducing Our Son

We got THE CALL that us fellow adopters wait impatiently for on June 26, 2007. We had ideas of how we would react when we got THE CALL, but to much disappointment, the reaction was that of sheer shock and not excitement. What? Really? (uh, should I clear the wax out my ears to make sure we heard you correctly?) Naturally, after the shock wore off, we were very excited and now are hungry for more pictures and updates. With that, we proudly introduce our son Yu-Lin born on May 4, 2007 and weighing in at a whopping 8 lbs. 4 oz. Yowzer! He received a clean bill of health from an international pediatric specialist on June 28, 2007 and accepted our referral. Not that it really mattered because we were hooked once we saw this precious little face.

We ask all of you to pray for all of us that the remaining adoption process of approximately 4-6 months goes quickly and smoothly so we can finally be united as a family.
