Is that what I think it is?

Yep, your eyes are not failing you. We have been keeping a secret around here and are finally sharing our wonderful news that we are expecting a baby sibling for Yu-Lin in June 2009. (So now you know the real reason for the delay in blogging..fatigue hit me REALLY bad and I basically had no energy to do much of anything!). We are still trying to recover from the sheer shock when I took a pregnancy test in early October and it was positive. We both honestly believed the test was defective. Well to our amazement the test was not defective because my Dr. confirmed at the end of October that I was 8 weeks pregnant with one little bean with a strong heartbeat. Praise God! We still can't believe there is a little human being growing inside of me and that one day before we know it we will be a family of 4 (or 6 if you count the two dogs). Oh my. We already felt so blessed to have been given Yu-Lin and really couldn't imagine ANY GREATER GIFT IN LIFE! But now to be given another child is truly a blessing beyond our wildest dreams. We look forward to this exciting new journey in our lives and are so excited that Yu-Lin will be taking this journey with us. We are confident he will be a fabulous big brother (as evidenced in pictures from our Chicago trip last month), but we are not sure how we are going to handle 2 kids under the age of 26 months and 2 dogs. But like they say, God will not give you anything you can not handle. So to God we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for blessing our family with so many beautiful gifts and we look forward to this new chapter in our lives.

12 week ultrasound (Not the clearest photos because the baby was moving). Absolutely amazing.

I really didn't want to do this, but figured that I should document my growth before it gets too late. So here we go

12 week belly shot from a couple weeks ago
Yu-Lin where is the baby? Ahhh..that's right

You don't know me but my name is Molly and I just happen to be browsing blogs and ran accross yours. We adopted our son Malone from Taiwan two years ago and found out I was pregnant a week before we left for Taiwan....so I thought I would leave a note and say congrats.....I have been there! It is the most wonderful thing in the world and our boys (13 months apart) are the best of friends....good luck!
