Hanging with cousins

This weekend we attended my uncle's funeral (an unfortunate death at only 51 years old). While we mourn my uncle's death, we do rejoice in his everlasting peace with our Lord Jesus Christ. Though death is a sad time, as Christians we really do embrace my uncle's life and remember the memories we had of him. We were also very fortunate to have almost all of my mom's immediate family (i.e. my aunties, uncles, cousins, and second cousins) together at one time (all 75 of us!) and the chance for Yu-Lin to meet many of his cousins that he had not met before. Let's just say, it was a lot of fun filled with tons of kids!! Here are only a few pictures of Yu-Lin at the party after the funeral with his favorite cousin K...who loves being a "big sister" to him more than to her own brother : )

Look at me mommie

Daddy...I can do it myself

Yippeeee...this is so much fun...

Thanks K for taking me for a spin on cousin T's bike

Whew...that was exhausting..

I am so sorry to hear of your uncle. He was to young to leave you guys so soon. You'll be in my prayers. I can only imagine he would have been very happy that all 75 of you guys came together to remember him:)

You have one huge family!

I am so sorry for the loss of your uncle.

Yu-lin looks like a natural on that bike! I think you've got an athlete on your hands :)
